This week we are introducing Steve, one of our newest REAL LIFE board members!
Steve grew up in the Richmond area and later attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where he earned a degree in Criminal Justice.
For the past twenty years Steve has built his career with Enterprise Mobility, holding several leadership roles along the way. Today he serves as a Sales Manager on the fleet management side of the company, working across much of Virginia.
Steve first connected with REAL LIFE after attending our gala and learning more about the mission. “I don’t think there’s a lot of support given to people coming out and getting readjusted back into the real world,” Steve says, and he was encouraged to see how REAL LIFE provided wrap-around support to people in recovery.
With his background in criminal justice, Steve was eager to become more involved. “I was looking for a way to give my time back and serve on a board in the community,” Steve says. Teaming up with REAL LIFE felt like the right fit.
Outside of work, Steve and his wife stay busy raising their three children. Their family life revolves around sports, with baseball and competitive cheer keeping most weekends full.
