Meet Us Monday: Mike M., Violence Intervention Coordinator and Employment Navigator

For today’s #MeetUsMonday, we would like to introduce Mike M., REAL LIFE’S Violence Intervention Program Coordinator and Employment Navigator for Project SAF. Mike builds partnerships with elected officials, law enforcement, social services, and employers to support individuals in securing meaningful employment. His work focuses on job readiness, career guidance, and reducing violence through employment pathways.

Mike began as a summer intern for REAL LIFE while attending William & Mary, where he majored in Public Policy (W&M Public Policy Program) and minored in Management & Organizational Leadership. After graduating, driven by his passion for serving others, he returned to REAL LIFE to join Project SAF.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys time with his family, outdoor activities, and hobbies like basketball and fishing. He is excited to contribute to REAL LIFE’s mission and make a lasting impact. Please join us in welcoming Mike! We are excited to have you on our team!
