Sydney Smith’s objective is to assist Lifers in gaining and maintaining meaningful employment. She loves assisting Lifers through all things employment related—”It is wonderful to watch them continue to grow in the career path they have chosen.” She graduated with her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to coming on board with REAL LIFE as a full-time staff member, she was an intern. She worked hard to learn as much as she possibly could and two weeks before she graduated in 2018, she was offered the Employment position. When she is not working you can find her watching a Liverpool FC game, participating in a local trivia night, reading a good book, or hanging out with her friends and family.
