Recovery and Engagement Coordinator and Pathway Navigator

As REAL LIFE’s Recovery and Engagement Coordinator, Steven supports Lifers by helping them set goals, stay focused, and access the resources they need to move forward in recovery. He is also a Pathway Navigator who works with Lifers upon their arrival at REAL LIFE, conducting intakes and helping them overcome barriers as they progress through the program. He conducts assessments for new Lifers and completes house inspections. Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Internet Marketing and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. After struggling with Substance Use Disorder and incarceration, he came to REAL LIFE, graduated, joined our staff, and became a certified Peer Recovery Specialist. Steven values the stability and support of the REAL LIFE Alumni, and in his free time he enjoys working on electronics, fishing, and spending time with his fiancee.
