Mike Malone VPI Program Coordinator and Employment Navigator Mike began as a summer intern while attending The College of William & Mary, where he majored in Public Policy and minored in Management & Organizational Leadership. After graduating, he returned to REAL LIFE to join Project SAF (Safe, Alive and Free), driven by his passion for serving others. As a VPI (Violence Prevention Initiative) Program Coordinator and Employment Navigator, Mike builds relationships with employers to support individuals in securing meaningful employment. His work focuses on job readiness, career guidance, and reducing violence through employment pathways. Outside of work, Mike enjoys time with his family, outdoor activities, and hobbies like basketball and fishing. He is excited to contribute to REAL LIFE’s mission and make a lasting impact.
