REAL LIFE Industries Development & Operations Coordinator

Kayleigh serves as the REAL LIFE Industries Development & Operations Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day operations and continued growth of REAL LIFE Industries.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Point Park University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. She moved to the Richmond area with her husband in 2016. Her extensive Human Resources background includes roles as a Payroll Manager and Human Resources Generalist, most recently serving on Capital One’s Leave Management Team. She is excited to use her skills to help others and make a difference in the community.

Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, playing board games, watching true crime, and fostering dogs.
