In her role, she oversees the review and quality of all official documentation distributed to critical stakeholders, including probation officers, courts, and legal professionals. She has held multiple roles within corrections, including managing the External Programs Department and working directly with adult offenders at the Richmond City Justice Center. Her hands-on experience across these areas has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of both system operations and the individuals it serves.
