Program Operations Coordinator

Alan Brothers serves as our Program Operations Coordinator and provides support with the RCMS database that REAL LIFE utilizes. RCMS stands for Recovery Capital Management Systems and is an evidence-based assessment and recovery planning instrument that assesses an individual’s recovery strengths, barriers and unmet service needs, supports trained navigators to guide individuals in the execution of concrete recovery goals, and delivers longitudinal measurement of recovery capital gains over quarterly intervals. RCMS helps bridge the gap between Substance Use Disorder treatment and assuming responsibility for self-directed recovery.

He also assists with maintenance and other specific needs of the houses.

Alan is a proud father of three and grandfather of four. In his free time, he is an avid reader who especially enjoys Christian and historical fiction.
