Tanya, REAL LIFE Chair, serves as the Manager of Community Relations at CarMax, where she works to build strong connections between the company and the community. Her professional expertise in corporate social responsibility and community engagement aligns perfectly with her personal passion for service and leadership.

Tanya joined the REAL LIFE Board of Directors in 2021. She was immediately drawn to REAL LIFE’s mission of empowering individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthen their communities.
