Project SAF Life Coach

Abdul serves as a Project SAF (Safe, Alive, and Free) Life Coach at REAL LIFE, working with individuals at risk of gun violence.

Originally from the Bronx, New York, and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Abdul brings his own experience with incarceration to his work. Since his release, he has started his own business in Richmond. He looks forward to working with people who may be facing some of the same situations he faced growing up.
