Meet Us Monday: Kayleigh, REAL LIFE Industries Development & Operations Coordinator

As REAL LIFE Industries Development & Operations Coordinator, Kayleigh will support the daily operations and continued growth of REAL LIFE Industries.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Kayleigh moved to the Richmond area in 2016. She has a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting and brings experience in Human Resources and business operations, most recently at Capital One.

“I am excited to work with likeminded people towards the common goal of helping others and helping our community,” Kayleigh says.

Outside of work, Kayleigh stays busy with her two little girls and enjoys reading and board games. She also fosters dogs, although saying goodbye when they find their forever homes isn’t exactly her strong suit!
