A Retreat with a Purpose

The REAL LIFE staff and Board recently headed to Great Wolf Lodge for our first annual retreat! Between water slides, good food, and plenty of laughs, we got down to some serious planning for REAL LIFE’s next five years.

Our staff spent time developing goals and priorities for our programs and future growth before coming together with our Board to share ideas, challenge our thinking, and begin shaping our five-year strategic plan.

One theme stood out: belonging. As REAL LIFE continues to grow, we want to make sure we never lose what makes us who we are – a place where people feel known, supported, valued, and connected.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and grateful for everyone helping us build REAL LIFE’s future!
