Sam Gaines

Project SAF Life Coach

Sam serves as a Project SAF (Safe, Alive, and Free) Life Coach at REAL LIFE, working with individuals at risk of gun violence to help them find support, work toward their goals, and build safer lives.

A REAL LIFE graduate and Peer House Leader, Sam brings his own experience in recovery to his work. He understands how much it can mean to have someone offer encouragement and direction during a difficult time. He also has a background in construction and recently earned his high school diploma.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys reading fiction, playing guitar, and riding his motorcycle. He also values spending time with his daughter and sister and strengthening those relationships.
