Celebrating Our Peer House Leader Graduates

Over the past three months, our Peer House Leaders have met every other week with our amazing volunteer Jeff for leadership training focused on communication, navigating challenges and becoming stronger leaders.

Jeff says the goal is to help them “grow as leaders of teams” while “preparing them for greater challenges and opportunities in their work and personal lives beyond REAL LIFE.”

And he had plenty of good things to say about this graduating class: “This was a thoughtful, experienced and engaged group. They supported and challenged one another.”

We’re incredibly grateful to Jeff for his steadfast support of our Lifers and Peer House Leaders, and we’re proud of each of our graduates for completing the course while working full time and leading their houses.
