Benefits Coordinator

Jessica H. is the Benefits Coordinator at REAL LIFE. Born and raised in Gloucester, she now lives in Yorktown with her husband, Quentin, and their blended family. Jessica’s connection to REAL LIFE is deeply personal, as both her husband and cousin completed the program, giving her a firsthand understanding of the impact the program can have on individuals and families.

Before joining the REAL LIFE team, Jessica worked as a CNA and also supported her family through childcare and administrative work for her husband’s granite countertop business. She brings that same care and reliability into her role today, helping participants navigate benefits and feel supported along the way. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys swimming, weekend getaways, trips to Busch Gardens, date nights with her husband, and serving as a mobile notary.
