Meet Us Monday: Ervin, REAL LIFE Legends Edition

This week, we are featuring one of REAL LIFE’s legends, Ervin, who we originally featured a few years ago. Ervin is a Peer Recovery Specialist, and the heart of our REAL LIFE East Community Center!

1. He was in the Army for two and a half years.

2. At one point, he had the key to the very same cell where he was once incarcerated.

3. He received a basketball scholarship to Norfolk State University.

4. He has met NBA Hall of Famer Bob Dandridge.

5. He has four granddaughters with master’s degrees.
