Meet Us Monday: Justin, Peer House Leader

We would like to introduce Justin, one of our newest Peer House Leaders! He was born in Richmond but spent most of his childhood in West Virginia before returning to Virginia to help his aunt start a business.

Over the years, he battled Substance Use Disorder, leading to legal troubles and multiple stints in jail. He finally found his way to REAL LIFE. He says the structure and support of the program helped him achieve more in one year than ever before—paying off debts, regaining his license, buying a car, and building a foundation for a better future.

A REAL LIFE graduate and now a Peer House Leader, Justin is focused on continued progress. One of his future goals is to buy a home for himself and create a stable future for his family, including his two sons. He credits his success to the support of his loved ones and the opportunities he’s found through REAL LIFE. His journey is proof that hard work and support can change everything.
