Winter 2024 REAL LIFE Graduation

On an evening filled with hope and inspiration, graduates and their supporters gathered at Church Hill Presbyterian to celebrate their achievements and hear powerful messages from speakers and program graduates.

Kelly Gee, Secretary of the Commonwealth, delivered an inspiring keynote address, reminding us, “When we share our stories, when we communicate and engage with each other, that’s when we thrive. We set ourselves up for success when we use our inner strength as an opportunity to strengthen and build others up.”

Following her speech, two graduates, Brett and Wendl, took to the stage to share reflections on their journeys. Wendl, a Peer House Leader, reminded us all, “You’re never too old; it’s never too late to start over.” In closing remarks, Tauchanna, a Senior Pathway Navigator, encouraged the graduates to embrace their fresh start, urging everyone to “live your life to the fullest because you only get one.”
