RMHF Provides Training for Project SAF
Posted: November 14, 2024 | Author: Real Life Staff
We are grateful for the
Richmond Memorial Health Foundation
for their support of critical training for REAL LIFE’s Project SAF (Safe, Alive, and Free)!
With their support, we were able to host a three-day training program preparing our Project SAF staff to work as life coaches with individuals at risk of being involved in violence.
Marvin, a Project SAF Life Coach, said that the “training provided [him] with the tools, skills and resources to be a better Life Coach for the clients” that he serves. The program instructed the coaches on various topics, including building trust and rapport with clients, conducting conflict resolution, and how to best connect clients with local resources.
We appreciate RMHF and their partnership with REAL LIFE!
