Meet Us Monday: SRC, Corporate Partner

This Monday, we would like to introduce you to one of our amazing corporate partners, Super Radiator Coils (SRC). The team at SRC has established a true partnership with REAL LIFE. SRC is a coil manufacturing company in Richmond, who values their people and their community. Jared, SRC General Counsel and leader of the community engagement team, says, “I think at the end of the day, you measure success by the positive impact you have on people. And we’re trying to do that here at Super Radiator for all of our employees and stakeholders.”

When asked why SRC decided to partner with REAL LIFE, Jared says, “when we first met the REAL LIFE team it was palpable and obvious and slightly even emotional that REAL LIFE was an organization that was having a tremendous positive impact on people’s lives.” He says that their community engagement team noticed how SRC and REAL LIFE values and goals align, especially REAL LIFE’s penchant for second chances. Sheridan, Senior Production Supervisor and a leader of their community engagement program, says, “we ourselves have provided second chances to people and have really been amazed and honored to be able to do that and to provide an environment for people to thrive.”

SRC has been a tremendous partner over the past year, including making a generous grant, leading several supply drives, and hosting a monthly leadership class for REAL LIFE employees. We are so excited to see what the next year holds – and where REAL LIFE and SRC are able to go, together!
