Meet Us Monday: Tommy, Domestic Violence Prevention Coach

Tommy, a current Peer House Leader, has recently joined our ranks as Domestic Violence Prevention Coach. Early in life, Tommy struggled with addiction and experienced incarceration and decided it was time for a change. He worked the REAL LIFE program with dedication and persistence and graduated in November. His desire to work in the recovery field led to this prevention coach position, and he is ready for this next challenge.

As a Domestic Violence Prevention Coach, he will be educating individuals in jail and in REAL Houses on how to prevent domestic violence and foster healthy relationships. “It’s really humbling to be able to give back,” Tommy says. “I’m ready to take on whatever comes my way.” Welcome to the team, Tommy!
