Fentanyl Awareness Day

This day of remembrance and awareness was created by parents who lost loved ones to overdose, and it highlights the growing danger of illegally made fentanyl—a powerful and deadly synthetic opioid.

REAL LIFE showed up in full force—staff and lifers came together for a community food distribution while also spreading awareness about fentanyl.

“These small acts of kindness and service go a long way,” said Josh, REAL LIFE’s Community Resilience Program Coordinator. “They not only meet immediate needs but also help us raise awareness about the resources and support REAL LIFE provides.”
