Family Sunday: Sara

One of the greatest gifts of her commitment to sobriety has been rebuilding a stronger bond with her boys. She cherishes every moment with them and loves that they can count on her.

Her children’s caregivers keep her updated on how her boys are doing, and she is able to chat regularly with her boys.

Sara shares, “Being in REAL LIFE has made my family feel secure in the fact that I will stay clean and sober this time—for good. They notice the brightness in everything I do, and I feel they can sense the permanent change.”

Looking ahead, Sara’s goal after graduating from REAL LIFE is to move to her own place where she can continue raising her oldest son and have her youngest son stay for multiple visits a year. We are so proud of her journey and all the hard work she’s putting in to make this dream a reality. Keep going, Sara! You’re an inspiration!
