REAL LIFE recently had the privilege of partnering with Super Radiator Coils (SRC) for a Leadership Training program! Over the course of four sessions, SRC leaders introduced REAL LIFE staff to key leadership principles they use every day at SRC.
Sheridan, one of SRC’s Leadership class instructors, shared, “The topics provide attendees with the tools and structure needed for effective and empathetic leadership—covering everything from setting expectations and offering praise to leading with active listening and fostering employee engagement. The goal of the course is to provide a clear understanding of the ‘Awesome Responsibility of Leadership.’”
REAL LIFE Administrative Coordinator Christine found the training especially valuable, stating, “I appreciated how they made the leadership training relevant to our daily personal interactions. While I don’t supervise staff at work, many of these skills can be applied to improve interactions with coworkers and family members.”
