REAL LIFE would like to thank the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond for presenting to our Lifers about being leaders, creating positive mindsets, interviewing etiquette, and succeeding in job interviews. The presentation covered not only how to nail interviews but also how to “turn failures into lessons.”
Applying for new jobs can be scary and, at times, discouraging, but with the support of REAL LIFE staff and our guest presenters, it can also be a time of growth and improvement. With these new tips and tricks in mind, we are excited to witness the hard work of our Lifers pay off as their new careers blossom.
