A Night to Remember at The Diamond

Last night, Lifers and staff had an incredible evening at the Richmond Flying Squirrels game, cheering them on to a thrilling 6–5 walk-off win over the Hartford Yard Goats at The Diamond. From rallying back from a three-run deficit to win, it was a night full of excitement, smiles, and unforgettable moments.

One Lifer even caught a foul ball, and another proudly FaceTimed his son to show him the field, his child’s first glimpse of a ballgame. He’s now planning to bring him to his first game this weekend.

We’re grateful to our friends at The Good Feet Store for providing the tickets, making it possible for our Lifers to enjoy one of the final games at The Diamond together.

Nights like this are about more than baseball. They are about building community, creating positive memories, and celebrating milestones on the pathway to a thriving life.
