Meet Us Monday: Brett, Peer House Leader

Meet Brett, one of our newest Peer House Leaders. Born in Virginia, Brett faced a challenging childhood and started drinking at just 12 years old. A series of DUIs and legal troubles in 2021 brought him to REAL LIFE in 2024. Initially resistant, Brett embraced the structure and support of REAL LIFE, finding community and accountability. His growth and commitment led to his appointment as a Peer House Leader, a role he proudly fulfills.

Brett is grateful to be reconnecting with his brother and sister, who attended his REAL LIFE graduation and cherishes the renewed bond with his son. We are so proud of you, Brett! Keep working hard!
